No licence is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute such content except as expressly permitted in writing.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Fieldmentorz shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all material, we make no representations or warranties as to its reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

The Platform is designed as a supplementary revision aid. It does not guarantee examination success and should not be relied upon as a substitute for accredited training programmes or official study materials.

6. Content Accuracy and AI-Assisted Review

The practice questions, test materials, study notes, and other educational content available on the Platform are generated and reviewed with the assistance of artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the quality and relevance of all content, AI-assisted processes may introduce inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Fieldmentorz expressly disclaims any and all liability for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in content produced or reviewed through AI-assisted means. Users acknowledge and accept that such content is provided for general educational and revision purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative, definitive, or a substitute for professional advice, accredited training materials, or official examination guidance. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information obtained through the Platform before relying upon it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldmentorz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
